5. Risks

Trading leveraged products such as CFDs and foreign exchange carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your invested capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Please read our Risk Disclosure in full before trading.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are handled in accordance with our Refund & Withdrawal Policy. We process withdrawals to the same source used for deposits where required by applicable anti-money-laundering rules.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, and not to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend access where these obligations are breached.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Easy Capital Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
