Refund & Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains how Easy Capital Limited, trading as EasyCapitalPath ("we", "us", "our"), handles withdrawals and refunds of client funds. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and AML Policy.

1. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available (non-margin) funds from your account at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed after any required identity verification is complete and subject to the checks described below.

2. Return to Source

In line with anti-money-laundering requirements, funds are generally returned to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. Where that is not possible, we may request alternative documentation before releasing funds.

3. Processing Times

We aim to process withdrawal requests promptly. The time for funds to reach you depends on your payment provider and may vary. Third-party processing times are outside our control.

4. Fees

Any applicable withdrawal or processing fees will be disclosed to you before you confirm a transaction. Fees charged by intermediary banks or payment providers are your responsibility.

5. Refunds

Because trading account balances reflect market activity, deposited funds that have been used for trading are not "refundable" in the conventional sense — their value is subject to your trading results. Unused deposited funds may be withdrawn in accordance with this policy. Where a deposit was made in error or a transaction is disputed, contact us promptly and we will investigate.

6. Minimum and Verification Requirements

We may apply minimum withdrawal amounts and require completion of account verification before processing. Requests that raise compliance concerns may be delayed pending review.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a deposit, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension while the matter is investigated.
